I am delighted to share these videos recorded yesterday in the studio with the gifted violinist Katherine Vanamerongen, student of Vera Alekseeva. I really enjoyed accompanying in piano her outstanding performance with a beautiful and challenging repertoire, including the Scherzo-Tarantella by Wienawski and the First and Second Movements of the 3rd Violin Concerto, op 61 in B minor by Camile Saint-Saens. Our First Concert Season at the Niagara Falls Public Library on May, 2017. We performed a solo piano concert, a duet cello-piano recital and a great trio recital with our good friend and excellent Mexican violinist Martha Placeres.
